Every massage is generally unique to each practitioner; while some licensed massage therapists' techniques can be similar, there are none that are exactly the same. Each LMT pulls techniques from the different modalities that they have been trained in. Eden has a background in Clinical Massage therapy (a combination of Manual Therapy, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release typically found in physical therapy offices) and Traditional Thai Massage. As such, she typically uses a combination of muscle activation and movement techniques to loosen up tight muscles and break up scar tissue.
